Comprehensive cushion making course in Kent – 2 Days

Cushions are that icing on the cake when it comes to soft furnishings. They finish the “look”.

There are so many options available, piped, fringe beads and pom poms! You can band the ends or sew banding down each side. The designs are endless.

But I “LOVE” cushions, personally I do not think you can ever have enough. 

This course will cover all aspects of cushion making. A plain cushion, a piped/trimmed  cushion, a box cushion or bolster. Let’s get creative!!

• Placement of cushion with chosen fabric
• Calculation of fabric quantities for cushion
• Making piping
• Zips – normal and concealed
• How to take a template
• Samples to take home
• Instructions manual for reference
• All classes are in small groups to ensure you get the 1:1 as needed 

The course fees include designer fabrics and a comprehensive step-by-step guide you can take home with you. We provide all equipment need to complete the course, if you wish to purchase a “kit” please add it to your cart. Refreshments and treats will be provided throughout the day. There is a fridge for your packed lunch. Free parking is available on site.
